A huge thank you to Gavin Frey, our amazing SNAP board member, for spreading autism awareness at High Point University in North Carolina!

Gavin and his friends gave their college buddies a powerful experience by helping them understand what it might feel like to have a disability. Through the hands-on activity they showed how a simple task can be challenging for individuals with autism and other disabilities.

When we recognize the struggles individuals experience in everyday tasks, we develop

empathy, patience, and a deeper appreciation for inclusivity. Awareness leads to kindness, creating a more supportive and accepting world for everyone.

Way to go, Gavin, and High Point University for making a difference in creating a more

inclusive world!
